Woodstock house  - available soon for rent

The Goddard House: a woodsy getaway...

We are currently working on Jeanne's mom's house in Woodstock, NY and will have it available for long term rentals very soon. Here are a few pictures to give you a sense of the property. The house is located on a private road, less than two miles from the Woodstock village green, at the border of the historic Byrdcliffe arts colony and steps from the Byrdcliffe Theater.
Pleasant walks and more challenging hiking trails abound.

Please contact us if you are interested in rental information. The house has three bedrooms, 2 baths and is fully winterized. We should be ready for rentals beginning in July of 2016. Some exterior work (painting) may need to continue over the summer. Contact us for rates and availability.

Here are a few photos - work is currently in progress! The house will rent unfurnished - here are some furnished photos to spark your imagination. The hardwood floors have just been refinished and we have added a dishwasher to the kitchen.
